Toolbuns is private by design. Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser. The images, PDFs, and text you work with are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to a server.

What we collect

Nothing personal. Toolbuns has no accounts, no sign-up, and no backend that stores your files or text. We cannot see the content you process.

Your files & content

All processing, resizing, conversion, compression, formatting, calculations, and so on, happens locally in your browser. Your files never leave your device, and we keep no copies of them.

Cookies & advertising

To keep Toolbuns free, we may display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings, or learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any personalized-advertising cookies are set. We do not set our own tracking cookies, and advertising never has access to the files you process — those stay on your device.

Third-party engines

A few tools (for example, background removal and OCR) download an open-source engine from a public CDN so it can run in your browser. These requests fetch only the code needed to run on your device, never your content.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that reports only aggregate, anonymous page views and performance. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and collects no personal information. We never sell data.

Children's privacy

Toolbuns is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13.
